Teenager stabs 13-year-old boy to death in Lagos.
A teenage who has been identified as Abubakar Ahmed, has stabbed a 13 year old to death in Lagos state. The suspect himself is 18 years old.
On Wednesday, the boy was remanded to the Kirikiri Custodial Centre, in Lagos State.
His crimes were allegedly killing his 13-year-old friend. The victim has been identified as Ekenedirichukwu
He stabbed the boy with a knife and this incident occurred in the Ijora-Badia area of Lagos State
They arraigned him on one count of murder before a Yaba Magistrates’ Court. The court was presided over by Magistrate Patrick Nwaka.
The offense had been committed around 9am on the 28th of May, 2023.
The suspect had stabbed the boy in his chest.
The plea of the defendant was not taken. The prosecutor then pleaded with the court to remand him until legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecution has been given.
The case has been adjourned till July 19, 2023.
