In his words "I have been married for a short time, and I can tell you with all sobriety, avoid anyone who easily swears: “I’ll never wash plate as a man in marriage.” “I’ll never wake up to cook for my husband.” Avoid them like a plague. The best heart in marriage is the heart of service. The heart that is willing to do every possible good to make the home stable. A heart that isn’t traumatized into seeing service as slavery. Not a heart of perfection, but one that would rather say “I can’t do it, but let me try…” not “I’ll never do it.”

He shared that people should place service above gender roles in marriage.
He also added "It doesn’t matter if you’re a strong fan of gender roles. Just make sure you marry someone whose heart for service is bigger than their allegiance to gender roles, because sometimes, those roles won’t be enough, but service will always work. Service and human decency"
