The old anthem describes us better, President Tinubu says in an old interview
In a throwback interview of President Tinubu dug by Nigerians, he hinted at bringing back the old national anthem if he were to assume the Presidential position. That video showed that he has always been a fan of the old national anthem and he truly brought it back, after months of of assuming office as the Nigerian President.
Recall that citizens of this great nation are lamenting about the way the national anthem was changed, claiming it isn't a top priority. Many are clamoring for the revival of the deteriorating economy, and are angry to hear that the national anthem was changed.
However, in this interview, President Tinubu emphasized the need to change the Nigerian national anthem, to convey the true meaning and battles of the forefathers.
