Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has revealed that he was paid a whopping sum of N3m to paint Mohbad's wife as the one behind her husband's death.
Since the death of the young artist, there has been an uproar among Nigerians to find the killers of Mohbad due to unfortunate events that erupted prior to his death.
Many people have not only tagged Mohbad's former label boss Naira Marley and his friend Sam Larry as prime suspects but have also tagged Mohbad's wife Omowunmi and his parents as suspects in his death.
Uche Maduagwu took to social media yesterday to reveal that he was offered N3m in Lekki on September 15th, three days after Mohbad's death, to paint his wife Omowunmi as the killer.
He said he was asked to spread the rumor on social media and ask Mohbad's wife to conduct a paternity test because Mohbad's son Liam isn't his son.
Uche said though he was broke at the time, he rejected the offer instantly but it is clear other people have been paid to twist the story due to the rumors flying around.
