Three suspected robbers killed in Delta State
3 men who are suspected robbers have been killed in Delta State recently.
It was the men of the Delta State Police Command who killed these robbers.
It was the state police spokesman, DSP Bright Edafe, who confirmed this news
He revealed that they were also able to recover a pump-action gun and six live cartridges that was contained in an abandoned bag.
He revealed that on Thursday the operatives that were attached to the ‘B’ Division, Warri, were the ones who acted on intelligence about a robbery operation which happened around Ugborikoko/Giwa-Amu Airport Road.
These robbers had begun to shoot as soon as they sighted the police and the police had equally engaged them in a gunduel.
They were able to kill 3 while the others escaped with some bullet injuries.
They took the 3 men to the hospital but they were confirmed dead.
They recovered a black Toyota Corolla car that wasn't registered, one cut-to-size locally fabricated gun, two live cartridges, an 8 car keys
