England midfielder Tom Davies has chosen to leave Everton after 13 years at the club.
The 24-year-old, who has spent his entire club football career with the Foxes in English topflight, is now set to leave the club.

"We offered Tom a new contract, but he feels he has reached the stage in his career where he needs regular first-team football," Thelwell said.
