Several deals were completed during the 2024 Summer transfer window, with Premier League teams getting new additions and players getting new homes.

It was a rollercoaster of a summer for some fans, as their emotions were continually in a wavering state due to the outgoings and incomings at their respective clubs.

Some fans are content with the business their clubs did this summer while others are disappointed by the transfer dealings of their teams this summer.

They feel the reinforcements made might not be able to cope with the rigors of the English Premier League.

In light of the admittance that there were some good deals made this summer in the English Premier League, it is pertinent to know the top ten done deals in the Premier League during the 2024 summer transfer window.

10) Riccardo Calafiori - Bologna To Arsenal

The Gunners completed the acquisition of Riccardo Calafiori from Serie A side Bologna in July 2024 for a fee of €45 million, following weeks of seeking for the Italian’s signature.

Calafiori, who can function at center-back, alongside the left side of midfield and at left-back is expected to strengthen Arsenal this campaign, as they hunt for the Premier League crown.

Riccardo Calafiori has featured just once for the North London side this campaign, as manager Mikel Arteta intends to ease him into his set-up.

The competition for places at Arsenal, has also made it difficult for the former Bologna man to get a starting shirt, but his qualities are never in doubt.

9) Dominic Solanke - Bournemouth To Tottenham Hotspur

Solanke moved to Spurs from Bournemouth on August 10, 2024, for a fee of €64.3 million.

Since his arrival to the North London side, Dominic Solanke has featured just once for Ange Postecoglou’s side.

The former Liverpool man, who understands what it means to play in the Premier League, is expected to improve Tottenham Hotspur in their attacking department.

Solanke’s incoming to Spurs should also free up the massive burden on captain Heung-min Son.

Anyway, Dominic Solanke is currently nursing a ankle problem and should be back in September 2024.

8) Savinho - Troyes To Manchester City

The Brazilian winger joined the Cityzens from Troyes for a fee of €25 million on July 18, 2024.

Savinho, who is known for trickery, and quick decision making skills, has also started delineating his brilliance for Manchester City.

The attacker has been stellar in his first few matches for Manchester City, as he has provided an assist thus far after two league games.

7) Amadou Onana - Everton To Aston Villa

The Senegalese joined Aston Villa from Everton on July 22, 2024, for a fee of €59.3 million.

Onana has noticeably improved Unai Emery’s side and he netted on his English Premier League debut in next to no time.

Amadou Onana has made 2 league appearances for Aston Villa this term, scoring 1 goal and providing no assists.

6) Aaron Wan-Bissaka - Manchester United To West Ham United

Spiderman, as he is fondly called, completed a transfer to West Ham United from Manchester United on August 13, 2024, for a fee of €17.6 million.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has began accentuating his qualities at Bournemouth, making 2 Premier League appearances for the side, netting no goals and providing no assists.

5) Joao Felix - Atletico Madrid To Chelsea

The Portugal international shockingly completed a permanent move to the Blues on August 21, 2024, for a fee of €52 million.

Felix has previously represented the Stamford Bridge club and he was also on target on his second debut for the club.

Joao Felix put the icing on the cake, as Chelsea thumped Wolverhampton Wanderers 6-2 at the Molineux.

Manuel Ugarte has apparently been on keen on joining the Old Trafford side this summer and he has ultimately gotten his dream move.

Ugarte will not make his debut for Manchester United against Liverpool, as he wasn’t registered in time

Ugarte needed to be registered with the Premier League by noon on Friday, August 31, 2024, but sources have confirmed the deadline was missed.

However, Manuel Ugarte will likely make his debut for Manchester United after the international break, with Erik ten Hag’s side having a date with Southampton on September 14, 2024.
