Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has hailed his striker Richarlison for his prolific showing against Nottingham Forest at City Ground.
Tottenham thumped Nottingham Forest 2-0 to bag their second consecutive Premier League victory and heap more pressure on Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper.
Richarlison opened the scoring for the Londoners with a brilliant header before Kulusevski doubled the lead in the 65th minute to seal the win.
Reacting to the victory in post-match interview, Ange Postecoglou hailed the exceptional performance of his players particularly Richarlison.
The Aussie tactician described Richarlison as a 'goalmouth predator' for his thumping header that gave the team the lead.
"Richy is a goalmouth predator. Definitely in the air. He's got different attributes to Sonny.
"I didn't think we'd get in behind today, I thought we'd struggle to get space in behind and I'm really pleased with Richy.
"Watching him during the week I was really confident he'd go out there and do another job for us."
Richarlison has had a torrid start to life since joining Tottenham Hotspur from Everton, especially during the era of Ange's predecessor Antonio Conte.
He struggled with niggling and recurrent injury, and had spent more time on the sidelines than on the field for the club.
Under Ange Postecoglou, the Brazilian forward is back to his game with series of upbeat performances. His goal against Bournemouth was his 4th in 14 Premier League games for the club this season. He has also assisted three goals, taking his goal contributions for the club to 7.
Tottenham played most of the second half with 10 men after Yves Bissouma was sent off, and were able to held off a late onslaught by Nottingham Forest to secure the 2-0 win.
They are now level on points with Manchester City on the fourth position, and will be hoping to continue in winning ways after the five-match winless streak.
On the other hand, Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper is coming under intense pressure following the defeat to Spurs.
Nottingham Forest have now managed just a win in their last 13 games, and are five points away from the drop zone.
