Reports says that he passed away at home Yesterday, which was Thursday.
He died after battling with Pancreatic cancer which he was diagnosed with some months ago.
Before he became a TV Host, he had ran for US Congress in the 1970s. He then became a mayor in 1977.
He left his daughter Katie Springer behind after his death.
