The 58th Annual General Meeting of United Bank for Africa Plc scheduled to hold by Proxy on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at 9:00AM in line with Guidelines issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission, would now be held virtually via Zoom, an Online Meetings Platform.
The above is in furtherance of subsequent engagements with the Corporate Affairs Commission and in compliance with the Presidential Order on restriction of movement in Lagos State.
The Annual General Meeting will be streamed live and the link will be made available on the Bank's website at www.ubagroup.com
