Ulta Beauty, the largest beauty retailer in the U.S., has announced an exciting partnership with Universal Pictures to launch a multi-branded beauty collection inspired by the highly anticipated film Wicked, which hits theaters on November 22, 2024. The collaboration brings together an expansive range of makeup, skincare, haircare, and accessories, all celebrating self-expression and individuality, mirroring the central themes of the film.

The Wicked collection will be available in Ulta stores and online at ulta.com starting October 6th, just in time for the holiday season. Ulta Beauty Diamond and Platinum Rewards members will get exclusive early access to the collection on October 1st and 2nd via the Ulta app and website. This limited-edition collection will be showcased in Ulta’s nationwide stores through immersive displays and unique customer experiences, such as walking the iconic yellow brick road in select locations and themed makeup salon services inspired by the film’s characters.

Among the collection's standout products is a 9-piece limited-edition makeup set from Grammy award-winning artist Ariana Grande’s r.e.m. beauty, designed specifically for Wicked. Other exclusive products include:

r.e.m. beauty by Ariana Grande: A shimmering, multi-dimensional makeup capsule inspired by Glinda and Elphaba, including a 12-shade eyeshadow palette.
OPI: Nail polish featuring shades inspired by Glinda's pink hues and Elphaba's green tones, available in various finishes, including glow-in-the-dark effects.
Beekman 1802: Skincare and body care products with a "bewitching" theme.
It Brushes for Ulta: Custom makeup brush sets with glitter-filled handles.
Caboodles: Limited-edition organizer cases inspired by the film's characters.
In addition, the collection will feature exclusive products from popular brands like Conair, Wet Brush, Scunci, and TARTAN + TWINE by Conair, with prices ranging from $8 to $60.

Ulta Beauty’s partnership with Wicked aims to bring the film’s enchanting world to life while empowering beauty enthusiasts to explore their unique identities and embrace creativity. Special events and themed takeovers will take place at select Ulta locations, such as New York’s Herald Square and Santa Monica, California, where fans can experience full store transformations inspired by the Land of Oz. The collection will also be available at Ulta Beauty at Target stores.

Ariana Grande, who stars as Glinda in Wicked, expressed her excitement for the collaboration, emphasizing how the collection captures the magic and wonder she experienced on set. Grande’s products will be central to the collection, offering fans an opportunity to immerse themselves in the film’s world through beauty.
