A security man at the University of Benin slapped a female student over the choice of her dress. He complained that her dress was short and slapped her in the process and the female student whose name is unknown did not take it likely with him. She dragged the security man by the collar and began shouting "Why did you slap me?"
Passerby stopped to witness the commotion between the student and the security man and some of them intervened. Isn't that all shades of wrong? Did the school authorize the security men to slap female students that are scantily dressed?
