VeryDarkMan was hated because he didn't jump on the bandwagon of Kill Naira Marley, Seun Kuti says
Seun Kuti went on IG live to defend VeryDarkMan and recount all the contributions of the activist since he gained popularity. He said that Tonto Dikeh and the Nigerian government do not have a cogent reason to withhold VeryDarkMan in the cell but they united to do that just to frustrate him. He opined that VeryDarkMan is among the honest people he has met and he doesn't deserve all the punishments he has been succumbed to.
Seun Kuti added that VeryDarkMan has used his platform to help the same Nigerians who are rejoicing about his arrest while contributing to the events of the country. He is a patriotic citizen who believes in a better Nigeria and even returned home after he vacationed in London, unlike many others who wouldn't return to Nigeria. So, VeryDarkMan doesn't deserve to be locked in prison over ridiculous crimes he never committed and it is a must for him to regain his freedom.
