In a video making the rounds online, Shani Jamilah revealed that she once had a BBL surgery. During the first few months, she felt on top of the world but along the line, she lost all the fat.

Jamilah stated that the fat extracted from the body into the buttocks can die because they are being taken from their original environment to a totally different place. She revealed that the body can also reject fat if it doesn't get the possible nutrients it needs to survive.

Five months after her surgery, she lost all the fat and was back to square one. Jamilah said BBL is the most dangerous surgery because if by accident, the arteries and veins in the buttocks sucks fat, it may damage the heart and lead to death.

Shani Jamilah revealed that her reason for getting a BBL was because she wanted to have bigger hips. Surprisingly, after she lost all her fat, her hips became bigger naturally. She expressed how bad she feels for risking her life to look a certain way because if she knew she would still have such a great body naturally, she wouldn't bother making that choice.
