Why I was remanded for 3 weeks—VeryDarkMan

In a new post, VeryDarkMan reveals the reason he was remanded in prison for three weeks. He was summoned to court on a Wednesday for a hearing after Iyabo Ojo and her counterparts petitioned him. Unfortunately, the judge said that his bail wasn't arranged for that day so he would have to stay a week in the prison.

However, one week turned to three weeks and he just had to wait until he was granted bail. He recounted his prison experience, narrating how people should be careful with giving out their bank details. He said that two people were imprisoned for receiving credit alerts from illegal sources which they had no idea of.

The first one received N11 million into his Monie point account which he never used. Unbeknownst to him, his friend had his bank details and was the one who used his account to commit fraud. A similar thing happened to the second victim, a heavily pregnant woman, whose brother used her account details to receive an illegal N1 million. VeryDarkMan urged Nigerians to be careful with bank transactions to avoid ending up in prison for an offense they never committed.
