Nigerian influencer Doctor popularly known as Aproko Doctor, began a "NoSodaSeptember" challenge, i.e. he wouldn't drink any form of soda throughout September. He urged internet users to join him in the challenge as a way of promoting healthy living.
While Soda may be soothing and refreshing to drink, it contains high concentration of sugar which can lead to health challenges for the consumers. NoSodaSeptember is one way of controlling our soda intake and replacing soda with water and fruits. Can you do it?
