A Nigerian TikToker has directed a message towards men who purchase cars while in a rented apartment. She said that no sane man should purchase a car while still paying house rent to a landlord. She said owning a car while staying in a rented apartment isn't a flex that men thought it was. Instead of buying a car, men should buy land and build houses.
According to her, the only acceptable reason for a man to buy a car is when he wants to use it to make money. If it's only for flexing and mobility, then it makes no sense. Her stance on men owning a car has sparked reactions from both genders on social media.
