Popular X influencer Daniel Regha berates Nigerian singer Divine Ikubor popularly known as Rema for counting himself as part of the Big 3 of Nigerian music.
Rema stirred reactions online yesterday as he declared himself as the Big 4 of Afrobeats, placing himself among the top 3 Nigerian artists, Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
Reacting to this, Daniel Regha called Rema out over his statement, saying he doesn't deserve the title because he is an upcoming artist with one hit song 'Calm Down'. Regha said Rema or any other artist shouldn't be put in the top category because they haven't done enough for Nigerian music.
Daniel Regha said it will take 10 years for Rema, Fireboy, Omah Lay, and others to be on the same level as the top artists in the industry. Going further, Daniel Regha listed Wizkid, Davido, and Olamide as the top 3 Nigerian artists excluding Burna Boy from the list. Daniel Regha explained that Olamide has more impact and hit songs than Burna Boy in the industry.
