When Zinoleesky made his first public appearance alongside the Marlian crew, Nigerians observed that he had gained weight compared to how emaciated he used to look. They couldn't keep this sudden weight gain to themselves and suspected that it wasn't natural. An X user identified as Dami Foreign wrote, "Zino don dey fat" and added a surprised emoji. Another X user with the handle Dr. Farouk observed that Zino's weight gain doesn't look natural to him. There has been a rumor that members of the Marlian Record Label forcefully get her drugs injected into their bloodstream which makes them lose weight.
However, there is no evidence backing this claim. It currently remains a speculation among netizens who were concerned about Zinoleesky's weight loss.

Zinoleesky is a Nigerian artist signed to the Marlian Record. His real name is Oniyide Azeez. He rose to fame after he released two hit songs titled "Ma Pariwo" and "Kilofeshe". He is a native of Ogun State but was born and raised in Agege, Lagos State. The 28-year-old was born on the 21st of November, 1995.
