In an interview with Beat FM, ex-BBNaija AllStars housemate Adekunle Olapade defended his girlfriend, Venita, after people tagged her as a mean person. When Venita was in the BBNaija AllStars house, the majority of the viewers called her a mean person due to how she interacted with the housemates.
The biggest aha moment with Venita was the fight she had with Doyin. She and Doyin have been at each other's necks since the beginning of the show after she called Doyin ugly. But when Adekunle was asked if Venita was mean, he said she was the sweetest person.
In Adekunle's words, "I wouldn't say Venita is a mean girl. She is actually the sweetest person. One of the things that got her in trouble in that house was the fact that she is a sweet person." He said Venita do complain to him whenever someone in the house does something to annoy her. Also, the housemates can attest to the fact that Venita was there for them whenever they were down.
Adekunle said he was surprised to discover people's perception of Venita after he got out of the house because she is the complete opposite of what people have painted her to be.
