Nigerian Afrobeats artist Bella Shmurda has paid his final tributes to his late friend and colleague Mohbad with a new song titled "Beyond The Chain." Recall that Bella got Mohbad's picture customized on a diamond necklace and shared the picture on his Instagram status days after Mohbad's death. Beyond The Chain could be an inspiration from the necklace. Also, remember that Bella dropped a song titled "My Friend* as a dedication to Mohbad and the song topped the charts in less than a week of its release. It was so touching and people were still mourning when the song dropped.

Bella Shmurda was reportedly Mohbad's closest friend and colleague in the music industry. He knew everything about the late singer from how he was constantly bullied down to the issues he had with the Marlian Records label crew. Like Mohbad, Bella is also 27 years old. He and Mohbad met at a recording studio in 2020 and instantly became best of friends. Some Nigerians think Bella is using Mohbad's death to chase clout by dedicating a new song to the singer while others shut them up for being so insensitive. As no one could feel Bella's pain, what other way could he have communicated his feelings if not through music?
