What Does Casemiro's Injury Mean For Manchester United Ahead Of The Game Against Liverpool In The FA Cup?

Manchester United will be without their most important midfielder ahead of the crucial clash with Liverpool in the FA Cup. The game is a must-win for the Manchester United side, who want to finish the season with a trophy.

Erik Ten Hag will have to start a midfield trio of Bruno Fernandes, Scott McTominay, and Kobbie Mainoo against the Liverpool side.

Everyone knows well that McTominay is a box-to-box midfielder, and Bruno Fernandes won't track back all the time because he has to supply passes to the attackers.

This will leave the 18-year-old midfielder Mainoo with a lot of defensive duties against a well-managed Liverpool side.

However, the manager may also consider putting McTominay on the bench in order to start Amrabat. The Moroccan midfielder and Mainoo will contribute immensely to the defensive midfield of the Red Devils.

These two players are capable of going toe to toe with the Liverpool midfield. The last time Manchester United faced Liverpool, it was a one-sided game, with Liverpool being the dominant team.

The Manchester United fans expect the same thing to happen in the FA Cup quarterfinals, but they are want the players to do the unbelievable.
