Pa Monday demanded 70% from Shallipopi from all the song's earnings since its release leaving the singer to just 30%.

In the statement issued to Shallipopi, Pa Monday demanded that Shallipopi share all proceeds generated from the song and remunerate 70% to him and also pay a sum of N200m as damages. He also asked Shallipopi to tender a public apology to him for copyright infringement.

Shallipopi is however, expected to fulfill all demands within seven days or a petition will be filed against him in the court of law.
