The anti-corruption agency, Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) confirms Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky's arrest and charges him to court.
The crossdresser was picked up by the officials at his residence in Pinnock Beach Estate in Lagos on Wednesday. He was arrested and detained for mutilation and abuse of Naira. The anti-graft agency shared a mugshot of Bobrisky on their official page, revealing that the socialite will be charged to court.
Bobrisky was arrested due to a video of him spraying bundles of Naira notes at Eniola Ajao's movie premiere on March 24, 2024. The EFCC said Bobrisky had committed similar offenses in the past and he will be prosecuted this time around.
