Shallipopi disclosed in a recent podcast interview on Osikoya Speaks that the meaning of the popular slang Evian mentioned severally in his viral hit Elon Musk is his family name.
Though it sounds unbelievable, the singer said Evian just became part of the song as a spur of the moment and there's nothing more to it.
He said the song Elon Musk is just a freestyle, "Evian isn't one serious thing. Evian is my family name. The song is a freestyle. I come from the family of Evian.", He said.
He described the name Evian as his forefathers' name while explaining that Evian gave birth to three children including his own father whose name is Uzama. He further explained that the literal meaning of Evian is kingmaker.
Shallipopi broke into limelight in early 2023 when his song Elon Musk went viral on TikTok before topping charts in the country.
