Goat thief caught, handcuffed and forced to carry the goat
A thief who stole a goat has been forced to carry the goat on his back. This man was caught and put in handcuffs and a wrapper was used to tie the goat to his back.
He was led somewhere by some people who were recording and laughing at him.
Africans are known for taking justice into their hands when they catch an offender. Sometimes they resort to jungle justice, some would beat the person while some even burn the culprit.
These ones handcuffed the thief and we don't know the outcome of the story yet.
