The Lagos coroner Magistrate Adedayo Shotobi investigating the death of late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad has summoned Nigerian singer Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley, his colleague Samson Erinfolami Eletu popularly known as Sam Larry and Mohbad's childhood friend Owodunni Ibrahim popularly known as Primeboy.
The coroner has asked these three individuals to appear in court at the next sitting on October 25 for further interrogation.
At the last sitting, two police officers provided evidence regarding the case about Naira Marley, Sam Larry, and the nurse who allegedly injected Mohbad before his death.
The policemen told the coroner that no evidence points that Naira Marley or Sam Larry assaulted or bullied Mohbad when he was alive. Though there are several videos to this regard.
They also clarified that there is no evidence that proves that the nurse known as Feyisayo Ogedengbe who injected Mohbad before his death, has any affiliation with Naira Marley or his colleague Sam Larry.
Meanwhile, Naira Marley and Sam Larry are still in police custody and they will remain there for a period of 21 days which is supposed to lapse October 25th.
