Nigerian record breaking chef Hilda Baci has stated that Nigerian jollof is better than the much revered Ghanaian jollof rice.
Hilda disclosed that she has been to Ghana, she has eaten their jollof and even been in a cooking competition with a Ghanaian chef who made the jollof. She said Ghanaians have quite a number of jollof recipes. Mentioning one of the recipes, she said she doesn't know much about Ghanaian jollof.
She said Nigerian jollof is better because Nigerians love to cook well flavored meals. Hilda Baci also said apart from Nigerian jollof being the best, Ghanaian women will choose Nigerian men over Ghanaian men.
Hilda Baci stated that it is unlikely for a Ghanaian woman to choose a Ghanaian man if she has the option of having a Nigerian man.
Hilda said most Ghanaian women marry their male counterparts because they don't have an option, implying that Nigerian men are no match to Ghanaian men.
