Former Anambra State governor Peter Obi visits the Al-Kadriyar family following their release from the kidnappers' den.
In a visit to Abuja yesterday, Peter Obi condemned the gruesome death of Nabeeha, the deceased sister of the Al-Kadriyar girls who was killed by the abductors earlier this month. Recall that the five girls and their father were kidnapped by a group of bandits in their home in Abuja a few weeks ago.
Peter Obi called on the FG to strengthen the efforts in reducing insecurity in the country. He assured Nigerians that there is hope amid the terrible happenings across the nation and that the leaders should unite to protect the precious lives of the people.
Peter Obi urged Nigerians not to allow fear to paralyze them but to stand against insecurity, support one another, and work towards creating a safe and secure future for all.
