Nigerian singer Ruger shared a throwback of his younger self freestyling to one of Runtown's songs and minds were blown away. Many were surprised to listen to how smooth his freestyle sounded and the transition into the original song was beautiful. Many applauded him for not giving up until he became well-known in the music industry. His hustle finally paid off and he is now one of the hottest Afrobeats singers in Nigeria.
Michael Adebayo Olayinka aka Ruger is a Nigerian Afrobeats singer and songwriter who made his debut after dropping the single "Bounce." The 24-year-old is signed to Jonzing World Record Label and has won the hearts of many with his songs since he made his debut in 2021. He joined the church choir at a young age and continued to fuel his passion for music until he officially became an Afrobeats singer. His talent was luckily discovered but the CEO of Jonzing Record, D'Prince, who signed him into the label.
