Uniport lecturer caught harassing a female student in his office
A lecturer at the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) was caught harassing a female student. He had no idea that he was being recorded from the window, as he freely went ahead to harass a student inside his office. Now, students of the institution have called for his dismissal as they continue to circulate this video as evidence.
In this clip, the lecturer kept pulling the female student closer to him for easier access. The more he pulled her in, the more she prevented it and kept trying to break free from his grip. Viewers found the scene disturbing as they demanded that the lecturer be punished for harassing a student inside his office.
The topic of sexual harassment in Nigerian institutions is quite controversial as many do attribute the cause to indecent dressing on the part of female students. However, the victim in this video was well-dressed, making many wonder why such evil thrives in institutions.
