Regarding the investigation surrounding late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad's mysterious death, Nigerian investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has told the general public that Mohbad's wife Wunmi is responsible for the demise of the singer.

Kemi Olunloyo addressed this in a series of tweets yesterday on X calling for the arrest of the 24-year old while stating that she has plenty of evidence to back up her claims. She said she is not laying allegations against Wunmi. Rather, she is stating facts.

She said she has confirmed from Mohbad's father Mr Joseph Aloba that Mohbad wasn't legally married to Wunmi. She said all they had was a traditional introduction and not a wedding. She claimed Mohbad's father also revealed that the CCTV camera in his son's house was working before the incident but it was tampered with.

Kemi mentioned that Mohbad's father said Wunmi wasn't happy that his son Mohbad was exhumed due to the white cloth she threw in his grave before he was buried. This white cloth carries a lot of truth unknown to the public.

She said, "Mohbad's death is a homicide. It was carefully planned by his common law wife. Wunmi is a murderer and a black widow."

Kemi said it seems there is a conflict of interest in the case because Wunmi's mother is a retired policewoman. She said she is challenging the Inspector General of Police Egbetokun to take necessary measures in bringing the truth to light. She called on the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) to seize Wunmi's passport and take her son Liam Aloba from her custody.

Kemi Olunloyo said the Nigerian Police Force needs to start a murder trial and Nigerian lawyer Femi Falana needs to grant the press access to be at the coroner's inquest for more clarity and information.
