ETRANZACT Declares 12.5k Dividend — Let’s Talk

ETRANZACT has announced a final dividend of 12.5 kobo per share for FY 2025… and no bonus this time.

Now the real question is

Is this a HIT or a MISS?

Let’s break it down:

• Dividend: 12.5k per share
• Bonus: NIL
• Qualification date: July 6, 2026

Points to consider:

• Does this payout reflect strong earnings… or a conservative approach?
• At current price levels, is the dividend yield attractive enough?
• Would you have preferred a bonus issue alongside it?

Let’s discuss

• Are you holding for the dividend?
• Adding more before qualification date?
• Or skipping this one entirely?

For me, this is one of those cases where the conversation isn’t just about the payout… but about what it says about the company’s growth vs distribution strategy.

Your thoughts?

That's really massive from them unlike they last year pay. Most investors will be happy, this is dividend month, every investor is smiling. New month new happiness

You’re right, it’s definitely an improvement compared to last year, and that alone will make many investors happy. But beyond the excitement, it’s also worth looking at what it signals. A higher dividend suggests stronger earnings or better cash flow management, which is a positive. At the same time, the absence of a bonus might mean the company is being more deliberate about how it balances growth and distribution. So yes, investors are smiling but the bigger question is whether this is just a good payout moment, or a sign of consistent performance going forward. What matters now is sustainability. Can they maintain or even grow this level of payout? That’s what will keep investors truly happy beyond this “dividend season.”

Yes ohh, so many investors are happy mostly those who have larger quantities of it. And this might be signalling a strong or and increase in earnings. I will check the company sha
