Abia pastor allegedly defiles teenage domestic worker

A pastor in Abia has been arrested for allegedly defiling a 13 year old girl who was a domestic worker.
This pastor has been identified as Chukwuemeka Orji. He is the pastor of the Assemblies of God Church.
The Abia State Police Command was able to confirm the arrest of this pastor who defiled this young domestic worker in the state.
It was the state Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Chinaka Maureen, who confirmed his arrest. He also revealed that there was an ongoing investigation into the case.
This pastor who is 60 years of age had subjected the victim to psychological trauma. He had also left a series of bruises on her body.
He had taken her from her family members promising them that he will sponsor her education. He had apparently been defiling her since she was 12 years.
He had threatened her that he will stop sponsoring her education and send her back to her family members if she revealed what was going on.
The victim revealed he had assaulted her in 2022 and then it had become a regular thing.
The victim had reported to her class teaching when she could no longer bear this assault.
The teacher had contacted the proprietor of the school and he had informed others and eventually the police.
The Aba District Superintendent of Assemblies of God Church, Rev. Dr Don Njoku, has also reacted to this incident.
He said the pastor has been sanctioned and expelled from the ministry.
