1. Visit the SESC headquarters at 22, Mabo Street, Off Randel Road, Surulere Lagos or Nigeria Football Supporters Club Cabin, National Stadium complex, Garki, Abuja.
2. Pick up the membership form and select the category of membership you want to join. There are two types of membership: Ordinary and International membership.
3. Please note that the forms are not free as they may attract a fee.
