  1. BUA Cement, its yearly shareholders’ gathering will take place at the Lagos/Osun Hall of Transcorp Hilton in Abuja at 11 am.
  2. Guinness Nigeria, it will hold AGM on Tuesday, Oct 20, 2020, Panoramic View Hall, Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos at 11 am.
  3. Sovereign Trust Insurance, its meeting will commence by 11am at the Bay Lounge Hall, Block 12A, 10 Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, while Universal Insurance will have its gathering at the Elomaz Hotel, Maryland, Lagos by 9am.
  4. Friday, October 23, 2020, it would be the turn of Conoil shareholders to meet at the BWC Hotels, Victoria Island, Lagos by 11am for the AGM.
