Popular Nigerian businessman, Aliko Dangote has revealed that 100,000 jobs and $21bn revenue will come from the newly opened refinery.

Recall the Dangote Refinery opened yesterday, May 22 and was commissioned by the President of Nigeria alongside other African presidents.

The founder of Dangote Refinery, Aliko Dangote has revealed that this new Refinery which has a capacity of generating 650,000 barrels of oil per day will also provide 100,000 jobs as well as bring in a revenue of $21 billion.

Dangote Refinery is a subsidiary of Dangote group.

President Muhammadu Buhari and presidents of five other African countries, were present at this event.

Aliko Dangote revealed that this revenue that the refinery is promising to bring will help to save the country from the huge amount that would have been spent on fuel importation.
