Neo has confronted Tolani about fighting with Ilebaye over him following the altercation between two of them.
Recall that Tolani fought with Ilebaye calling her names because she saw her hugging 'her man' who she claimed to be in a platonic relationship with.
Shortly after the fight with Ilebaye, Neo was seen in the toilet with Tolani giving her a stern warning, asking her to stop embarrassing him with her silly fights with everyone in the house over him.
Neo said, "You're jumping up and down saying they should respect you. What do you think you're doing?"
He told Tolani that he is going to remove himself from the situation moving forward and she is free to do whatever she wants to do because it no longer makes sense.
Neo asked Tolani to remember who she is as a person and stop embarrassing him, opened the door angrily and left the scene.
