Citizens lament the high cost of living, plead with FG to find a solution
Nigerians are seriously lamenting over the high cost of living in the country and are pleading with the government to proffer solutions to the unending hardship. Market women were interviewed to express their views regarding the economic situation and each one of them complained about how difficult things have become. One bag of rice which used to be N46,000 is now sold for N65,000 which is an insane increase.
Both buyers and sellers are getting tired of the incessant increase in prices of foodstuff. The citizens have also resorted to sharing their opinions in the comments section, complaining about how expensive it has become to afford the basic necessities of life in Nigeria.
