Mohammed Manga, a car dealer in Abuja, reported that a customer fled with a Mercedes Benz GLB 250. Here is how it happened.
According to Manga, the customer's name is Henry. Manga said that one of his friends, who is into the business of selling cars, requested to drive the vehicle to a potential customer, i.e. Henry, and Manga accepted.
Later, Manga's friend told him that the customer, Henry, had requested a test drive before making payments. He accepted and Manga's friend accompanied Henry in the Benz.
However, they had to stop by a POS operator because Manga's friend wanted to withdraw some money that would be used to purchase fuel for the vehicle.
Unknowingly to Manga's friend, he didn't know he had given Henry the perfect chance to abscond with the vehicle.
When Manga's friend got down from the car, Henry took off immediately and has yet to be found. The Benz is worth #55,000,0000.
Manga later added, "You know how it is, there’s no traffic, no hold up in Abuja and that’s how he absconded with the car."
Meanwhile, the case is under control. Manga said he contacted the Abuja PPRO, Josephine Ameh and she said that Abuja Police are tracking Henry.
Manga said that the vehicle is grey and has a mileage of 19,000.
