Nigeria’s Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced that it has exported 456,000 tonnes of refined petroleum products in 12 cargoes, shipped by international traders to several African countries, including Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Tanzania, Ghana, and Togo (Photo: CFP).
That’s a big step.
Dangote Petroleum Refinery exporting to multiple African countries shows it’s not just for local supply anymore, it’s becoming a regional player.
If this continues, it could boost Nigeria’s position in the energy market.
