Popular Nigerian musician Davido has celebrated the ruling of the supreme Court for his uncle who is Governor Adeleke.
Governor Adeleke is the Governor of Osun State.
David Adeleke is known popularly as Davido and he is Governor Adeleke’s nephew.
The supreme Court ruling has affirmed Governor Adeleke as the Governor of Osun State after lots of issues regarding his election.
Governor Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was confirmed as the rightly elected governor of the state.
The court dismissed an appeal which was made against Adelek over his victory in the elections.
This appeal was made by the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), Adegboyega Oyetola.
Davido celebrated this feat and use a line from one of his latest songs 'Over Dem'
He shared a tweet saying “We go dey shock them like high-tension’.
