In just four months of release, Davido's fourth studio album Timeless hit over 1 billion cumulative streams in more than three different streaming platforms.
Davido released the Timeless album on March 31st 2023 after a much needed break from music following his son's death in October 2022.
Davido however, made an excellent comeback into the music scene again in December 2022 after his electrifying performance at the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Timeless album has a total of 275.7m streams on Audiomack, 190m streams on Apple Music, 240.7m on Boomplay, 123.9m on YouTube, 191.5m on Spotify.
Davido featured acts including Asake, Skepta, The Caveman, Fave and his new signees, Moravey and Logos Olori on his Timeless album.
Two songs on the album, Unavailable and Feel have been topping charts in various countries and also got fans dancing on TikTok.
Unavailable especially, have gained massive airplay in the past months and fans have tagged it the song of the summer.
It was recently played in Brisbane stadium when the Super Falcons scored against Australia during the match.
It is safe to say Timeless by Davido is breaking boundaries in the world of music, setting records and it is indeed a timeless body of work.
