Ebonyi Governor swears in 35 appointed commissioners
The governor of Ebonyi State, Gov. Francis Nwifuru, has sworn in 35 newly appointed commissioners in the state. This incident happened yes,Tuesday.
35 new members were sworn in and the swearing in took place at the Executive Council Chamber, Centenary City in the state capital Abakaliki.
The governor then advised them to take their duties seriously and to be strategic in their duties.
He told them to join hands with him so that they can transform the state.
He says they will be told to leave if they see lapses in their offices. He says they must show the state that they have the capacity to deliver.
He went ahead to thank the people of the state for their patience in their administration.
He assured them that they will deliver their promises.

- Works and Transport, Engr Lebechi Mbam
- Elijah Oko-Udu for Skill Development and Job Creation
- Oguzor Offia Nwali for Commerce and Industry.
- Lands and Survey who is Dr. Matthew Nwobashi
- Prince Etta Ude for Internal Security
- Prof. Omari Omaka (SAN) for Tertiary Education
- Jude Okpor for Information and State Orientation.
- Hon. Victor Chukwu for Environment.
- Prof. Nwogo Obasi for Market Development and Parks.
