EQUITYASUR Postpones Board Meeting for Q1 2020 Accounts

This is to inform the general public and our stakeholders that the virtual meeting of the Board of Directors of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc (the Company) earlier scheduled to hold on Thursday, May 7th, 2020 at 10.00 a.m. would now hold on Thursday, 28th May, 2020 at 10.00 a.m. to consider and approve the first quarter 2020 unaudited financial statements of the Company.
In compliance with the Rulebook of the Nigerian Stack Exchange (The Exchange), the closed period which commenced from Monday, April 20, 2020 would continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the first quarter 2020 unaudited financial statements have been filed with The Exchange.
During the closed period, no director, person discharging managerial responsibilities and advisers of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
