Francesco Camarda, who plays as a center forward, came on as a substitute in AC Milan's starting lineup in their victory over Fiorentina.

Wisdom Amey of Bologna, who debuted in 2021 at the age of 15 years and 274 days, was the previous youngest debutant.

The Premier League record is held by Ethan Nwaneri, who featured for Arsenal against Brentford in September 2022 at the age of 15 years and 181 days.

With Noah Okafor sidelined and Olivier Giroud serving a suspension, Camarda was called up to the first team's starting lineup.

It wasn't until September that Francesco Camarda made his UEFA Youth League debut, defeating Newcastle United with two goals.

Francesco Camarda is among the select eight football players who debuted in the Italian top division just before turning sixteen.

The striker could be the new golden boy in Italy and he has scored 7 goals in 13 matches at the youth level and during his time in the academy he has reportedly scored approximately 400 goals.

Earlier this year, Camarda revealed that the legendary Ronaldo of Brazil is his hero, he said: "My idol has always been Ronaldo, the Phenomenon. My dad was also a big fan of the Brazilian and I also like watching videos with his plays and his movements."
