Governor of Akwa Ibom ordered for immediate exhumation of the makeup artist buried at the riverbank after boat accident
The Akwa Ibom state government has ordered the immediate retrieval of the body of the makeup artist, Abigail, from the riverbank. Abigail is the makeup artist on the set of Adanma Luke's new movie, who drowned alongside Junior Pope and four others. Recall that Abigail's parents were unable to provide the required funds for rituals to be performed at Anam River so her body would be transported home. As a result of their inability to raise money, Abigail's body was buried by the riverbank which annoyed a lot of concerned Nigerians.
Now, the government of her state has demanded that her body be exhumed and taken to her family for proper burial. The press release from the governor of Akwa Ibom, Pastor Umo Eno partly reads, "His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, has consequently directed that her body be brought back to her family for a proper and decent burial."
