On the back of setting a new record for the English national side, by being the all-time penalty scorer, with ten penalties scored for England, he has overtaken Frank Lampard, who was the previous record penalty scorer with nine penalties. in the match against Poland on Wednesday night.

With his brace against Newcastle on Sunday evening, he becomes the highest Premier League scorer for away matches, having scored two goals in four minutes.

Though, the two goals were not enough to hand his team a maximum three points, with Joe Willock striking late in the match to make sure they shared a point each. His two goals also meant he joined England legends to have scored more than five goals at five different venues. he is the fourth to achieve this feat, behind Wayne Rooney, Alan Shearer, and Michael Owen.

He has scored five goals each at Goodison Park, King Power Stadium, Selhurst Park, and St Mary's.
