Hilda Effiong Bassey is known as a hilda Baci and she is a food blogger, chef and content creator.
She broke the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time just recently. She surpassed the previous record and set her record at 100 hours which is still being reviewed by the Guinness World Record.
Hilda recently shared how she also had struggles in Life and was once homeless.
She shared this during an interview with TVC. She spoke about how some people believed she just came out of nowhere and embarked on the journey to breaking that record.
She revealed she had gone through a lot to get to this stage but she pulled through so she can be an inspiration to others.
She says many just see her now and her accomplishment without knowing she had once been homeless.
She revealed her present is still a part of the process and she is still on a journey.
He said she knows the journey will still come with rough patches but wants to be an example and inspiration so people can determine to do things because she was able to.
