How to open a PayPal account in Nigeria

For your PayPal sign up in Nigeria, you need the following:

1. A valid email address
2. A Naira debit card preferably Visa or MasterCard.

After creating an account successfully, you'll be needing your PayPal login details which are:

1. Email address
2. Password

Does Paypal work in Nigeria?

Yes. It is now easy to send and receive money through Paypal using Flutterwave. The partnership between both companies provides an easy and seamless transaction for Nigerian users. In order to activate your Flutterwave account for PayPal, you need to provide the following information to Paypal:

1. Full Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Residential Address
4. Business name
5. Date of Incorporation
6. Country
7. Business Category
8. Website

Note that this information above is for business accounts. Business accounts cannot receive payments from another user. You can only receive money if you have an e-commerce website or through a website cart. There are various shopping carts which support PayPal.
